Circadian Rhythm
Share
The circadian rhythm is the biological rhythm of living things over a period of around 24 hours. The interaction of cells and organs, each of which has its own circadian rhythm, results in the externally visible and measurable circadian rhythms of the entire organism. Light is an essential factor because it determines the daily routine. If less time is spent in daylight, impairments in the circadian rhythm can occur, which are reflected, for example, in sleep disorders, eating disorders, lack of energy or depression.
